PIONEERS IN CARBON-FREE REAL ESTATE ASSETS

INEA was the first real estate investment company in 2011 to have the audacity to invest in assets built in wood and is able to say that today, it manages the largest commercial real estate portfolio built with cross laminated timber in France (1/4 of its assets).

With nearly 600 sensors installed in its assets over the past 7 years, INEA is able to monitor the energy and water consumption of its properties in real time, due to an innovative digital solution implemented by IQSpot; a guarantee of reactivity and performance.
